I have been working at the company for over 8 years. I am sometimes asked why I didn’t change my job for so long. Well, I believe that the promise of more interesting project or a slight increase in salary do not improve working conditions considerably, since any tasks become routine with time. When I came to SoftServe, I’ve started working at Marketing department, later on I decided to change my direction and moved to HR department. I enjoy SoftServe, for 5 years, I managed to work on different projects and meet interesting people from all over Ukraine. Development centers are located in different cities, each with its own special atmosphere. I’m confident of this, since living in Chernivtsi, I have a chance to work with amazing people from different devcenters.
I started to work here back in 2004 and I was really worried at first as everyone was speaking about terrible contracts and horrible work conditions. All this turned out to be just gossip and on my first day I saw that really great and kind people work here. Each of them is a bright personality and very talented specialist. After a while people around you become like your family — they support, help, teach. It’s actually what SoftServe is — one big family with whom it’s easy to stride along in life.
Thanks to the well-organized educational process for new employees and a friendly and open team, I quickly adapted to our company. After all, additional benefits have pretty contributed to it: flexible working hours, active rest (from outdoor events to gym training) and comfortable working conditions. There were no such benefits at my previous places of work. I am very glad to work in our great company.

My first acquaintance with SoftServe was at IT Academy. I was impressed by highly qualified teachers and an appropriate level of technical support of working stations. Once I’ve started working in the company, I have met many wonderful and friendly people who are always happy to help you deal with some misunderstandings. Also, most of my colleagues have many different hobbies – ranging from cycling and ending with hunting – so we always have something to talk about besides programming
In my work at the company, the biggest value for me is communication with people — it’s what always adds positive attitude to ordinary work process.
