Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinating operations of Talent Acquisition teams across locations to ensure that staffing capacity is aligned with the projected demand from the clients, Delivery and non-Delivery organizations (volume, time to close positions, necessary specializations and qualifications).


Optimizing cost of staffing operations to ensure that:

  • The most optimal combination of available sources is used for staffing in locations (where sources are: hiring, reserve, internship, subcontractors, reference programs, rotations, promotions, staffing agencies and other)
  • Locked reserve, mobile reserve and internship are effectively utilized and overall bench cost is optimal
  • Talent Acquisition team structure in locations is cost effective while team is capable to meet demand


Managing geographically distributed teams performance:

  • Setting performance targets and controlling the execution
  • Find and set role models for the team, promote the best
  • Improving performance baseline over time
  • Use the best in class talent acquisition metrics for ensuring the best performance
  • Utilizing best practices of resource management and recruiting


Managing daily staffing activities to ensure that:

  • Distributed Talent Acquisition teams and Delivery efforts are synchronized and optimal
  • Communication is effective and communication overhead is minimized


  • Bachelor degree Computer Science or similar
  • Business education (MBA desirable)

Specialized knowledge:

  • Understanding of software development life cycle
  • Understanding of software development company and outsourcing business functioning
  • Understanding of IT industry trends
  • Understanding of the sales process used by business development and recruiting
  • Understanding of basic revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections.
  • Understanding of project pricing model and billing procedures.
